两种聚合方法制作的树脂基托中甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体残余量比较

摘  要:目的研究快速聚合和传统聚合两种方法制作的树脂基托中残余甲基丙烯酸甲酯(methyl methacrylate,MMA)单体含量,为临床选用义齿基托材料提供实验依据。方法采用快速聚合和传统聚合两种方法分别制作10个树脂基托,用气相色谱法测试基托中残余的MMA含量。结果快速聚合组基托材料的残余MMA单体质量浓度为(0.173±0.027)%,传统聚合组为(0.080±0.018)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.983,P=0.001)。结论快速聚合法制作的树脂基托中残余MMA单体含量大于传统聚合法。Objective To compare the residual monomer of the denture base fabricated by two different polymeric methods: the rapid polymeric technic and the conventional polymerized technique. Methods 10 test specimens were fabricated by the rapid polymerized resin,and the other 10 were fabricated by the conventional polymerizedresin. The residual monomer content was tested by gas chromatographic method. Results The residual monomer of the denture base in the rapid polymerized group was( 0. 173 ± 0. 027) % higher than that of the conventional group( 0. 080 ± 0. 018) %,the difference had statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The findings indicate that the residual monomer content of the rapid polymeric method was more than the conventional ones.
