摘　　要：目的深入了解失能老人家庭照护质量的现状并分析其影响因素。方法对15名失能老人及其家庭照顾者进行深度访谈,并运用内容分析法进行分析。结果失能老人家庭照护质量主要是由失能老人及其照顾者共同影响的结果。结论对失能老人及其照顾者有针对性地采取措施,以便更好地提高失能老人的家庭照护质量,促进失能老人长期照护体系的健康发展。Objective To explore the status of quality of family care of disabled elderly and analysed the influence factors. Methods In- depth interview was carried out in fifteen disabled elderly and caregivers of their family,and the Miles Huberman analysis program was used for analysis. Results Quality of family care is mainly affected by family caregivers and disabled elderly themselves. Conclusions Take targeted measures to improve the quality of family care to promote the development of the elderly long- term care system.
