摘　　要：在全球从"工业经济"向后工业"知识经济"转型的背景下,世界各国高校的毕业生都面临着劳动力市场需求的变化。美国在向知识经济转型的背景下,其劳动力市场的高等教育需求、高等教育系统的劳动力供给、大学毕业生的工资溢价、劳动力市场的国际竞争等方面都呈现了增长方式的转变,也面临着一系列的新问题和全球挑战。这些方面也是中国经济转型背景下高等教育改革与发展所面对的共同问题。The college graduates all over the world are facing the pressure of employ-ment in the context of the transformation from the industrial economy to the post-industrialknowledge- based economy. With the knowledge- based economy transformation of theUSA,the demand and supply of higher education of the USA labor market,the wage premi-um of the college graduates and the international competition of the labor market are pre-senting the shift of growth mode and are facing with new problems and global challenges,which are also the common problems for the higher education reform and development ofChina in the context of China＇s economy transformation.
