摘 要:分析了接电弹片的成形工艺方案,介绍了模具的主要设计结构特点。该设计巧妙地利用了内、外双重导向,保证了小凸模的导向精度,同时把冲孔,切槽,弯曲、切断多套工序放在一套连续模上,解决了孔边距较小工件用单工序模或复合模冲制的难题,极大地提高了生产效率。由于凸、凹模采用了镶拼结构,便于拆卸及刃磨维修。生产实践表明,模具实用效果良好。The forming process plan for electricity connecting shrapnel was analyzed,and the main structure of the stamping die was introduced.The inner and outer guides were used to guarantee the guide accuracy of the small punch,and the processes of punching,notching,bending and cutting were integrated in one progressive die.This die structure can greatly enhance the production efficiency and solve the problem that the part with small distance holes is difficult to be produced by using single or compound die.The disassembling and maintaining of the punch and die are convenient due to the insert structures.Practice proves that this progressive die has good performance in the production.
