摘 要:目的构建水溶性的Cd Te纳米晶荧光探针,研究其与克伦特罗抗体之间的相互关系。方法以L-半胱胺作为修饰剂,在水溶液中合成稳定的Cd Te纳米晶。用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱、TEM和XRD图谱进行表征。考察制备条件对Cd Te纳米晶荧光性能的影响。结果当Cd2+:HTe-:L-Cysteamine的摩尔比为2∶1∶4时,反应体系的p H为5.6,在100℃水浴中回流3 h,其荧光量子产率可达54.68%,半峰宽仅为48 nm。结论此方法不但缩短了Cd Te纳米晶的制备时间,而且性能稳定,在EDC和NHS共价偶联的作用下,实现了对克伦特罗抗体的连接,为荧光免疫分析方法提供了性能优良的荧光探针。This study designed to construct hydrosoluble CdTe nanocrystal probe, and evaluate its correlation with anti-clenbuterol antibody. The water-soluble CdTe nanocrystals have been synthesized by using L-Cysteamine as stabilizing agent in three refluxing hours. The products were characterized by using UV-vis fluorescence spectra, TEM and XRD. Data showed when the optical molar ratio of Cd^2+: HTe-: L-Cysteamine was found to be 2:1:4, pH 5.6 and 100 ℃, the quantum yield of the CdTe nanocrystals was measured to be 0.546 8 and the half-peak width was about 48 nm. Our method can prepare more stable CdTe nanocrystals in relative short time, and bind the anti- CLE antibody to CdTe nanocrystals, which is helpful to develop a new fluorescent nanoparticles probe for immunoassay applications.
