摘 要:针对新设计的高速动车组,为提取关键部位的载荷谱进行寿命评估,运用动力学仿真软件仿真发现,某特殊工况下轴箱体一系减振器座上出现200g的垂向振动加速度。为验证该加速度对轴箱体强度的影响,根据EN13749和EN13104等标准对轴箱体进行静强度工况组合,同时引入一系减振器座上200g的加速度。得到在运营载荷工况下,最大应力127.168MPa,在超常载荷下,最大应力203.076MPa,都满足材料的许用应力;将轴箱体静强度工况进行组合,用Goodman疲劳极限图进行疲劳评定,满足疲劳极限的要求;根据轴箱体的静强度和疲劳强度计算结果发现,在减振器座上出现200g的加速度的载荷条件下,仅使减振器座局部应力增大,对轴箱体整体强度计算结果的影响不大,轴箱体仍符合静强度和疲劳强度要求。最后对轴箱转臂进行了自由模态和约束模态的计算。Focused on the new design of high - speed EMU, to extract the key parts of the load spectrum for life assessment, by using the dynamic simulation software, we find that, under certain special conditions, 200g vertical vibration acceleration appears on the axle box suspension damper seat. To verify the impact of the acceleration on the axle box body strength, according to the EN13749 and EN13104 standards, the static strength is regrouped for work- ing conditions, while 200g acceleration on the axle box suspension damper is introduced. The results show that the maximum stress under the operating load conditions is 127. 168MPa, and the maximum stress under exceptional load is 203.076MPa. They both meet the material allowable stress. The static strength of the axle box body are assessed through the Goodman fatigue limit diagram, and the results meet the requirements of the fatigue limit. According to the static strength and fatigue strength calculation of axle box body, the shock absorber in 200g acceleration load con- ditions, only makes the local stress of shock absorber seat increase, which does not greatly affet the overall strength of axle box body, the static strength and fatigue strength of axle box body still conform to the requirements. Finally the free modal and constraint modal of the axle box body are calculated.
