Simulation Study on Vehicle Body Over-Voltage in the Case of Electric Multiple Unit Passing Automatic Electrical Phase with On-Board

摘  要:在列车供电分相的优化中,动车组带载过分相(地面开关式自动电分相)时真空负荷开关的切换造成车体产生不稳定的暂态过电压现象,严重影响列车的安全运行。针对上述问题,首先分析了列车过中性段时的车体过电压产生机理;然后,在MATLAB/Simulink平台上搭建了列车带载过分相时的车-网耦合等效电路模型,电路引入Habedank黑盒电弧模型以模拟真空负荷开关切换产生的电弧;通过理论和仿真分析得到并对比了负荷开关分合闸下车体电压的波形及切换相位角对过电压的影响规律;最后从动车组车体和电分相优化的角度提出了车体过电压的具体抑制措施,经过对大量仿真波形的分析表明上述的抑制措施能有效解决车体暂态过电压问题,对列车的安全运行有一定指导意义。When an EMU (electric multiple unit) passes electrical phase with on -board (Ground's auto- pass- ing neutral section), the switching of vacuum breaks will cause instability transient over- voltages on vehicle body, which seriously influences safe operation of EMU. In reaction to this phenomenon, firstly, this paper analyzes the generating principle of vehicle body over - voltages when EMU is passing neutral section. Subsequently, a car - net- work coupling equivalent circuit model of EMU passing neutral section device is built on the platform of MATLAB/ Simulink, and Habedank arc model is added to simulate arc generated by vacuum breaks' switch. Through theoretical and simulation analysis, the voltage waveform of vehicle body in the case of switches' cut - off and cut - in and influ- encing law of switching phase angle on over - voltages is obtained and compared. Finally, specific suppression meas- ures of over - voltages are proposed from the angle of optimization of vehicle body and electric phase's power supply system. The simulation results show that above inhibitory measures can effectively solve problem of vehicle body over - voltages, which is significant for EMU's safe operation.
