摘 要:为了准确地校正倾斜的集装箱箱号,提出了一种基于投影分析的箱号倾斜校正方法。将箱号字符的变形分解为水平倾斜变形和垂直倾斜变形,并分别检测出两种变形的角度,然后依次进行校正恢复。对于水平倾斜角度的检测,通过RANSAC算法拟合直线得到精确的倾斜角。对于垂直倾斜角度的检测,提出一种结合投影图像统计垂直投影数值的算法。实验结果表明,检测出的水平倾斜角和垂直倾斜角的相对误差分别在15%以及10%以内。实验结果与其它算法比较证明在准确性和鲁棒性上具有优势。To correct the slant container code, container code slant correction based on projection analysis was presented in the paper. Deformation of container code was decomposed into deformation of horizontal slant and de- formation of vertical slant and two kinds of angle deformations were detected. Then, two angle correction recoveries were carried on successively. In the horizontal slant correction part, the horizontal slant angle was obtained by fitting line according to RANSAC algorithm. In the vertical slant correction part, an algorithm of numerical statistical was presented based on projection image. Proved by the research results, the relative errors of horizontal slant angle and vertical slant angle are less than 15% and 10% respectively. Moreover, the experiment result proves the algorithm's accuracy and robustness compared with other well - known algorithms.
