摘　　要：介绍了低烟无卤梭车电缆的结构设计和材料的选用,监视线芯和地线芯导体采用纺纶丝纤维加强,动力线芯导体采用多股镀锡软铜线股绞和复绞,并且为股绞和复绞同向的结构,内外护套之间采用芳纶丝编织加强护层结构,外护套采用耐油、耐热、耐腐蚀、耐磨,以三元乙丙胶为基料的低烟无卤、阻燃橡皮挤包而成。电缆具有良好的抗静电、抗干扰性能,使用寿命长。The selection of structure design and material with low smoke halogen free shuttle car cable are introduced.And surveillance core wire and earth wire core conductor adopt aramid filament fiber reinforced,power line conductor adopts multiple strands of tinned copper wire strands and multiple cutter,and strands and multiple twisted to the same structure,internal and external jacket adopt aramid braided strengthen protective layer structure,the outer sheath adopts the oil resistance,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and with three yuan of ethylene propylene rubber as the base material of low smoke halogen-free,flame retardant rubber extruded. The cable has good antistatic,anti disturbance performance,long service life.
