摘　　要：目的报告1例经腹会阴联合手术方式Ⅰ期完整切除的腹膜后骶前巨大神经鞘瘤,并复习相关文献,介绍腹会阴联合手术入路的优势。方法通过对1例腹膜后骶前巨大神经鞘瘤经腹会阴联合手术方式Ⅰ期完整切除的回顾,结合国内外有关文献资料报道,综合介绍腹会阴联合切口的手术入路方法。结果本例行腹会阴联合手术治疗,完整地保留了泌尿、生殖、肠道功能,随访1 a余无复发。结论腹膜后骶前巨大神经鞘瘤手术难度较大,理想的治疗方法是通过外科手术Ⅰ期完整切除肿瘤,经腹会阴联合切口的手术入路方法是较好的选择。Objective To report a case of retroperitoneal presacral giant schwannoma which is completly resected by abdominoperineal operation,review the relevant literatures,introduces the advantages of abdominoperineal surgical approach. Method By review of one case of retroperitoneal presacral giant schwannoma which is completly resected by abdominoperineal operation,combined with domestic and foreign relevant literatures,to comprehensive introduce the method of abdominoperineal surgical approach.Results This patient was treated by abdominoperineal surgical operating excisional therapy,completely kept her urinary and reproductive,intestinal functions,who was followed up for more than 1 year without recurrence. Conclusion Surgeries of retroperitoneal presacral giant schwannoma are extremely difficult in clinical,the ideal method of treatment is by surgical operation which completly resects the tumor,the method of abdominoperineal surgical approach is a better choice.
