摘　　要：文章阐述了数字城市的概念,数字城市由网络、硬件、软件、数据、应用5部分构成。围绕如何建设数字城市,建设数字城市分为3个阶段,建设成由1个库,2个平台,多个应用信息系统组成数字城市。应用信息系统由国土、公安、规划、城管、地下管线、应急等组成的,数字城市前景广阔,必将造福于民。This paper describes the concept of digital city, digital city from the network, hardware, software, data, application of the five parts. Around how to build a digital city, the construction of digital city is divided into three stages, the construction of a digital city by a library, two platforms, multiple application information system. Application information system by land, public security, planning, urban management, underground pipelines, emergency and other components, digital city has a bright future, will benefit the people.
