摘　　要：广州铁路职业技术学院图书馆主动深入教学一线,创新管理体制,建立了提升"馆藏利用率、读者满意度、馆员专业技能"的"三合一"馆员工作室。"三合一"馆员工作室开展了"专业导向性采购、读者需求采购和馆藏建设需求采购",设立了"馆藏资源建设考核、读者参与动力考核和馆员能力提升考核",为读者和图书馆之间搭建了一个互动的实践平台,逐步实现图书采购与读者需求的动态运行长效机制,助力图书馆逐渐成为真正以读者为中心的学术有机体。Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology Library took the initiative to deepen teaching, innovated management system, established ＇＇three-in-one＇＇ librarian studio to enhance the collection utilization, the reader satisfaction and the librarian profession. ＇＇Three-in-one＇＇ librarian studio has carried out the ＇＇professional oriented purchasing, reader demand purchasing and collection building need purchasing＇＇, set up the ＇＇construction resources construction assessment, readers participation dynamic assessment and librarians＇ ability improved assessment＇＇, build an interactive platform for practice between readers and libraries, gradually realize the dynamic operation long-term mechanism of the book purchasing and reeders＇ needs, and help libraries become gradually growing academic organism of truly reader-centered.
