星状神经节阻滞配合穴位阻滞治疗偏头痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨星状神经节阻滞配合穴位阻滞治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院从2014年4月—2015年4月收治的100例偏头痛患者。随机均分为对照组和观察组,各计50例。其中,对照组采取单纯星状神经节阻滞治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上增加穴位阻滞治疗。结果:在经过一段时间治疗后,观察组在偏头痛治愈71.0%,显效25.0%,总有效率96.0%等均要优于对照组(治愈60.0%,显效24.0%,总有效率84.0%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:星状神经节阻滞配合穴位阻滞治疗偏头痛具有显著的临床疗效,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of steUate ganglion block combined with acupoint block in the treatment of migraine. Methods- A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with migraine from April 2014 to April 2015 was done by randomly dividing into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with stellate ganglion block, and the observation group was treated by acupoint block on the basis of the control group .Results： After the treatment time period the results showed that migraine cure, effectiveness, total efficiency and invalid percentage were respectively 71.0%,25.0%,96.0%, for the observation group and were better than that in the control group （cure 60.0%, effective 24.0%, total have efficiency 84.0%,P 〈 0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion： The clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupoint block in treating migraine is notable, and it is worthy of clinical application in some degree.
