榆林煤炭物流公共信息平台的研究与设计

摘　　要：针对榆林市煤炭行业物流信息化应用程度低的现状,利用现代物流和信息技术提出了基于电子商务的煤炭物流公共信息平台,研究了平台的业务逻辑模型、功能需求和技术架构方案,介绍了煤炭物流信息平台整体应用框架的构建。该平台能够有效地整合榆林市煤炭行业内各种物流资源,实现信息的充分共享,从而提高物流效率,降低物流成本。The application level of logistics informatization in coal industry of Yulin City is low.Aiming at the current situation,the public information platform of coal logistics based on ecommerce was put forward taking advantage of modern logistics and information technology.The business logic models,function needs and technical framework schemes of the platform were studied,and the establishment of the overall application framework was introduced.The results showed that this platform could integrate effectively all kinds of logistics resources in coal industry of Yulin City,which realized the full sharing of information,improved the logistics efficiency and reduced the logistics costs.
