新生儿油浴对新生儿结膜炎的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:本文通过对新生儿皮肤采取不同的护理方法,探讨油浴对新生儿预防结膜炎的作用。方法:随机抽取2013年1月-12月在重庆市合川区人民医院分娩(包括选择剖宫产及顺产)的正常新生儿300例(除外早产、母亲有阴道炎及转儿科的新生儿)分为油浴组与对照组,对150例正常新生儿出生后用消毒色拉油进行油浴作为观察组,对150例正常新生儿出生后按常规处理作为对照组。观察两组新生儿结膜炎的发生率情况。结果:非油浴组(对照组)的结膜炎有34例,皮疹有62例,发生率分别为22.6%及41.3%,而油浴组(观察组)的结膜炎仅1例,皮疹仅10例,发生率分别为0.06%及6.6%,观察组的结膜炎及皮疹的发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿出生时给予油浴可明显降低结膜炎及皮疹的发生率。消毒食用色拉油油浴可有效去除新生儿皮肤表面的细菌,有效减少新生儿结膜炎的发生。Objective This paper analyzed different nursing methods of treating newborn＇s skin to explore the prevention effect of neonatal oil bath toward neonatal conjunctivitis. Methods 300 cases of newborns were divided into the oil bath group and the control group. 150 of them who were oil bathed with disinfection salad oil as the observation group, and the other 150 children with regular nurse as the control group. To observe the incidence of neonatal conjunctivitis between these two groups. Results Observation group and control group in 3 days after birth and the incidence of conjunctivitis had statistical signifi cance. Conclusion The disinfection salad oil bath can effectively remove the surface bacteria onnewborn＇s skin,which helps to effectively reduce the occurrence of neonatal conjunctivitis.
