摘 要:为了探究杂种香水月季花瓣颜色与遗传距离的关系,利用18对多态性高的SSR引物对红、黄、粉、黄红、粉红5类不同花色的44个杂种香水月季品种进行遗传关系分析,结果共扩增出位点64个,多态率为96.8%;红色杂种香水月季的多态位点百分比最高,达到76.6%;根据遗传距离进行聚类分析,结果表明,红花和粉花遗传关系较近、黄花和粉红遗传关系较近,并对品种个体进行聚类分析,发现在分子水平上论证杂种香水月季的亲缘关系与花色无直接关系。18pairs of high polymorphic SSR primers of 44 kinds of hybrid tea rose with red,yellow,pink,yellowish red,soft red,were used to identify their DNA fingerprints and analyze their genetic relationship.64 loci were detected,with 96.8%of total proportion of polymorphic loci and the highest percentage of polymorphic loci was red hybrid tea rose,reaching76.6%.According to the cluster analysis of the genetic distance,the red and pink flowers had a closer genetic relationship,with the same closer genetic relationship between yellow and soft red flower.A cluster analysis was conducted on varieties of individuals,indicating that the genetic relationship and petal color had no direct relation at the molecular level.
