“乡贤”人格及其养成——《围炉夜话》乡贤思想析论

摘　　要：从乡贤人格及其养成这一视角出发,对《围炉夜话》中的修身思想予以系统的梳理和解读,发现作者心目中的乡贤人格具有三个核心特质:厚道的道德品质、超脱的人生境界与忠恕的处世之道;并且作者还提出通过自省谨慎、榜样学习,躬行实践、积德行善、逆境磨砺、自然陶冶的方法培育乡贤人格,这将有助于社会主义核心价值观的培育。This article systematically reflects and interprets the thoughts of morality cultivation in the ＂Fireplace Nocturne＂from the perspective of the personality and development of ＂Xiangxian＂. It discovered three core personalities of＂Xiangxian＂： virtuous and sincere morality,detached realm of life and loyal life skills. The author also proposed the ways of cultivating ＂Xianxiang＂personality through careful introspection,role models,personal practice,good deeds,adversity hone and natural temperament. The study is helpful for fostering core socialist values.
