摘  要:为提高精密仪器设备低频及超低频隔振性能,研究一种新型三磁体负刚度机构,分析该机构产生负刚度的原理以及初始间隙对刚度的影响;开展隔振系统的位移传递率分析,分析表明该负刚度机构能降低隔振系统的固有频率。对三磁体负刚度机构进行静力学实验和采用随机激励法的固有频率测试验证理论分析的正确性。结果表明三磁体负刚度机构能在不影响载荷性能的情况下降低隔振系统的固有频率,提高隔振能力。In order to improve the low and ultra-low frequency isolation effect of high precision instrument, a new tri- magnets negative stiffness mechanism (TMNSM) was studied. The principle of the negative stiffness and the effect of the initial clearance among the magnets on the stiffness were analyzed. The displacement transmission ratio of the isolation system with the TMNSM was also studied. It was proved that the TMNSM can decrease the natural frequency of the isolation system. The statics experiment and natural frequency test using random vibration method for the TMNSM proved the correctness of the theoretical analysis. It shows that the TMNSM can reduce the natural frequency of passive isolation systems and improve the isolation effect without affecting the load ability of the system.
