摘  要:本文以终身学习的理念和关键能力的研究进展为背景,以终身学习为视角论述成年公民科学学习的研究历程和实现形式。本文参考STEM教育、STS教育、HPS教育和美国新一代的科学教育标准等文献,研究并提出了成年公民科学学习的六个方面的内容框架,即掌握基本的科学知识与技能;具有自我导向学习的动机、认知与能力;理解科学的本质、科学方法和科学探究的过程;树立正确的科学态度、科学伦理观与法律意识;了解科学与技术的社会运行机制并积极参与科学决策;理解科技创新并具备一定的创新意识。进一步对于成年公民科学学习指导大纲的编写研究进行了更深入的探讨。This paper discusses the progress of adult science learning research and the implementing of it from the lifelonglearning based on the progress of research on the concept and ability of lifelong learning. Its references mainly come fromSTEM education, STS education, HPS education and new generation science standards in US and it puts forward sixdimensions on the content framework of adult science learning in this paper,they include mastering the basic scientificknowledge and skills, having a self-directed learning motivation, cognition and ability, understanding the nature ofscience, the scientific method and the process of scientific inquiry,setting up the correct scientific attitude and scientific ethics and having a legal consciousness, knowing social operation mechanism of science and technology and activelyparticipating in decision-making,understanding the innovation of science and technology and having a certain innovation consc-iousness. In a nutshell,this paper makes an in-depth study of the compiling of guidance outline for adults on science learning.
