摘　　要："底线思维"是以底线为基本导向调控事物朝着预定目标发展的一种思维方法和艺术,它既是一种战略思维、忧患思维、主体责任思维,也是一种积极防御性思维。"底线思维"是习近平治国理政的重要思维范式,它贯穿于习近平系列重要讲话之中,体现在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明和党的建设等各个方面。新时期学习和掌握习近平国家治理的底线思维方法论,对于我们深刻理解习近平系列重要讲话精神,更好地应对国内外复杂局势,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,实现"两个一百年"战略目标具有重要的理论和实践意义。The bottom-line thinking is a thinking method and art,which controls the things toward an expecting target in the light of the bottom line. It emphasizes strategic,sensitive,initiative and responsive thinking. The bottom-line thinking is Xi Jinping's important thinking on national governance. It penetrates in Xi Jin-ping's series of important speeches,and reflects on aspects of economics,politics,culture,society,ecological civilization and the party's construction. In the new period,to learn and master the bottom-line thinking on Xi Jin-ping's national governance is of theoretical and practical significance to understand Xi Jin-ping 's series important speeches,to cope with the complex situation at home and abroad,to promote the modernization of national governance,and to realize the.
