摘　　要：目前部分地方高校由学术型、研究型转为应用技术型,人才培养目标和教学方法都要随之变化。产学研相结合,企业介入高校的转型发展,打造适合应用技术型人才培养的产学研一体化实践教学平台,不仅为高校培养人才,也将使企业获得效益。Taking into the consideration for college transition development and the combination of ＂production, teaching and research＂, currently, part of the local colleges and universities changed from academic ,research-type to application and technology-type. Then the talents cultivation target and the teaching method should be changed with the combination of production, learning and research. Because of companies involving in the transformation in the development of colleges and making suitable technical personnel training platform for the integration of ＂production, teaching and research＂, it is no only to cuhivate the talents for colleges and universities, but also to make the enterprise benefits.
