摘　　要：目的:了解大学生营养状况及饮食行为,为提高其营养健康水平提供科学依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取黔北3所高校393人,其中男生117人(29.8%)、女生276人(70.2%),进行问卷调查,以BMI来评价大学生营养状况。结果:每月饮食费<500元占64.6%;大部分学生存在多种不良饮食行为;营养不良筛检率28.8%、营养过剩6.4%,女生(34.8%)营养不良筛检率明显高于男生(14.5%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);营养不良组有挑食/偏食习惯的大学生高于营养正常及过剩组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:黔北地区大学生营养不良问题突出,与挑食/偏食不良饮食行为及经济水平有限有关。应加强营养教育,提高学校餐饮质量,以提高大学生的营养健康水平。Objective To explore nutrition status and dietary behaviors among college students for the improvement of their nutritional health. Method Totally 393 students including 117 boys（ 29. 8%） and 276 girls（ 70. 2%） of 3 universities in northern part of Guizhou Province were chosen as research subjects for questionnaire by using Random Cluster Sampling Method. Body mass index（ BMI） was used to evaluate students＇ nutritional condition. Result The monthly food cost 500 yuan accounted for 64. 6%. Most students existed several unhealthy eating behaviors, malnutrition rate 28. 8%, overnutrition rate 6. 4%, and girls（ 34. 8%） was significantly higher than boys（ 14. 5%）,with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Food habits of picky and eclipse among college students in malnutrition group was higher than normal and overnutrition group,with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Malnutrition of the college students in northern part of Guizhou province was prominent,with picky eaters / eclipse unhealthy eating behaviors and related economic levels was limited. Nutrition education should be strengthened to improve the quality of school meals to improve the nutritional health of college students.
