术前新辅助化疗结合子宫癌根治术治疗早期子宫颈鳞状细胞癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察术前新辅助化疗结合子宫癌根治术治疗早期子宫颈鳞状细胞癌的临床疗效。方法以我院2010年2月~2013年12月收治的70例早期子宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者给予直接子宫癌根治术治疗,观察组患者则行术前新辅助化疗＋子宫癌根治术治疗,记录化疗效果及不良反应,同时比较两组手术情况及术后病理情况。结果观察组化疗有效率82.86%。观察组术后淋巴结转移率、术后放疗率分别为5.71%、51.43%,与对照组的22.86%、77.14%比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。另外,两组手术时间182.35±5.78 VS205.67±7.95min、术中出血量215.22±27.95vs285.31±12.83ml比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论术前新辅助化疗结合子宫癌根治术治疗早期子宫颈鳞状细胞癌近期疗效明确,能明显降低淋巴转移率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical resection for early cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods From our hospital from February 2010 to December 2013 70 cases of early cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients as the research object randomly divided into two groups, in control group were treated with uterine cancer treated with radical mastectomy, patients in the observation group line preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and uterine cancer radical surgery, chemotherapy effect and adverse reaction of records, also compared two groups of surgery and postoperative pathological conditions. Results Observation group had 82.86% efficiency of chemotherapy. Observation of postoperative lymph node metastasis, postoperative radiotherapy rates of 5.71%, 51.43%, respectively,compared with22.86% in the control group, 77.14 percent difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In addition, both groups surgery time 182.35 ±5.78 VS 205.67 ±7.95 min, blood loss 215.22 ±27.95 vs 285.31±12.83 ml difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical resection for early cervical squamous cell carcinoma has a clear effect on the early stage of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, it can significantly reduce the lymph node metastasis rate, worthy of clinical promotion.
