摘 要:利用丙烯酸(AA)和环氧树脂(EP)反应制备环氧丙烯酸酯(EAR)。以二苯基碘六氟磷酸盐(DPI·PF6)为光引发剂,并将EAR与EP进行复合固化,制得自由基-阳离子混杂光固化涂膜。研究结果表明:当m(EAR)∶m(EP)=1∶4时,光照5 min后体系的凝胶率为92.3%,EAR/EP涂膜的表面疏水性、耐碱性、附着力和柔韧性随EP掺量增加而增大,并且其热稳定性提高[与纯EAR固化膜相比,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)提高了42.2℃、热失重5%时的温度增加了24.6℃]。The epoxy acrylate (EAR) was prepared by reaction between acrylic acid (AA) and epoxy resin(EP). Then, a radical-cationic hybrid light curing coating was prepared when diphenyl iodine hexafluorophosphate (DPI-PF6) was used as light initiator, and EAR and EP were cured by composite. The research results showed that the gel rate of system was 92.3% after illumination 5 min, the surface hydrophobicity, alkali-resistance, adhesion and flexibility of EAR/EP coating were increased with increasing EP contents, and its thermostability was improved because the glass transition temperature (Tg) and temperature at 5% thermal weight loss of EAR/EP' s curing coating were 42.2 ℃ and 24.6 ℃ respectively more than those of pure EAR' s curing coating when mass ratio of re(EAR) : m(EP) was 1 : 4.
