社区程式训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：了解社区程式训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响，为社区干预提供依据。方法将136例社区精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组68例。两组均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗及常规护理，研究组在此基础上予以社区程式训练。观察6个月。于训练前及训练6个月采用社会功能缺陷量表评定社会功能，自制满意度问卷评定患者满意度。结果训练后两组社会功能缺陷量表评分均较训练前显著降低（P＜0．01），研究组显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）。研究组护理满意率为97．1％，对照组为76．5％，研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论社区程式训练能显著改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能，提高其日常生活能力。Objective To survey the effect of community program training on so‐cial functioning of schizophrenia patients in order to provide basis for community intervention .Methods A total of 136 schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 68 ones each .Both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing ,on this basis research group was plus community program training for 6 months .Social functions were assessed with the Social Disability Screening Scale （SDSS） and degrees of satisfaction with self‐made satisfaction questionnaire before training and in the 6th month train‐ing .Results After training the SDSS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pre‐training （P〈 0 .01） and that was significantly lower in research than in control group （P〈 0 .01） .The rate of satisfaction to nursing was significantly higher in research than in control group （97 .1% vs . 76 .5% , P〈 0 .01） .Conclusion Community program training could significantly improve the social func‐tions of schizophrenics and boost their activity of daily living .
