奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将137例急性脑梗死患者随机分为3组，联合组予以奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗，治疗组予以阿司匹林治疗，对照组予以长春西汀治疗，观察14 d 。治疗前后采用神经功能缺损程度评分标准判定临床疗效。结果治疗14 d 末，3组神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），联合组显著低于治疗组及对照组（P＜0．05），治疗组与对照组比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）；联合组总有效率为87．0％，治疗组为63．0％，对照组为60．0％，联合组显著高于治疗组及对照组（P＜0．01），治疗组与对照组比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction （CI） .Methods A total of 137 patients with acute CI were randomly divided into 3 groups ,combination group was treated with ozagrel sodium plus aspirin ,treatment with aspirin ,and control with vinpocetine for 14 days .Efficacies were assessed with the Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit in cerebellar haemorrhage . Results After 14 day treatment neurologic impairment scores of 3 groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈 0 .01） ,that was significantly lower in combination than in treatment and control group （ P 〈 0 .05） ,there was no significant difference between treatment and control group （ P 〉 0 .05） ;total effective rate was respectively 87 .0% in combination ,6 3 .0% in treatment and 60 .0% in control group ,that was significantly higher in combination than in treat‐ment and control group （ P 〈 0 .05） ,there was no significant difference between treatment and control group （ P 〉 0 .05） .Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin has an evident effect and higher safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction .
