从“文弊”概念看“生态文明”的理论内涵

摘　　要：将"生态文明"等同于"生态文化"不但大大削弱了"生态文明"这个术语所包含的对于"生态危机"的批判色彩,而且严重遮蔽了"生态文明"这个术语所包含的"生态价值观"的意义。从"价值观"出发可以看到"文化"包含着"文明"与"文弊"二重性,"文弊"概念对于界定"生态文明"的理论内涵具有三方面的作用:(1)明确辨析了"文化"与"文明"的联系与区别,有助于学术界进一步辨析"生态文化"与"生态文明"的联系与区别,从而促使"生态文明"这个概念更加清晰、合理,为国际社会普遍接受这个概念奠定更加坚实的理论基础;(2)突出了"生态文明"对于"文弊"的强烈批判性——批判现代工业文明及其哲学预设所导致的种种弊端,比如全球性生态危机、人的精神世界的荒漠化等;(3)突出了"生态文明"强烈的价值导向性——人类必须以生态价值观作为文明创造的根本原则,只有这样才能使人类文明避免饮鸩止渴那样愚蠢的自杀式发展道路。Equating ecological civilization with ecological culture not only greatly weakens the critique on ecological crisis implied in the former term, but also seriously conceals the significance of ecological values it contains. From the perspective of values, culture contains civilization and cultural malady. The concept of cultural malady helps to define the theoretical significance of ecological civilization from three aspects. Firstly, it clearly discriminates connections and distinctions between culture and civilization, which helps to differentiate the concepts of ecological culture and ecological civilization so as to make the concept of ecological civilization clearer and more reasonable, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the international community to generally accept it. Secondly, it highlights the strong critique of ecological civilization upon cultural maladies, including those caused by modem industrial civilization and its philosophical premises, such as global ecological crisis, desertification of human spirit, etc.. Thirdly, it highlights the values guidance of ecological civilization. Human beings must take the ecological values as the fundamental principle of civilization development, and only in this way can human civilization avoid the foolish way of suicide development.
