网络表达中政府与公众的互动研究——以5起网络维权事件为例

摘　　要：通过对网络维权事件的考察,发现弱势群体的利益诉求通过网络媒体进入公共视野之后,网民和政府就成了网络维权事件传播的主导力量。他们按照自己的立场来传播信息,最终形成议题的互动。这种互动增强了公众介入公共表达的能力,并迫使地方政府熟悉并接受弱势群体维护权益的方式。This research deems that governments and netizens become the leading force of the communication of network right safeguard events in the interests of the disadvantaged groups through the network media into the public. They spread information based on their own position,eventually forms the issues interact. That has increased citizens' ability of public expression,forced local governments to get familiar with and to accept the means in the maintenance of rights and interests of vulnerable groups.
