摘 要:从分子设计的角度出发,以丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体微乳液聚合制备聚合物凝胶,然后经盐酸羟胺改性得到一种新型的表面含有-COOH、-NH2等功能基团的聚合物凝胶粒子。利用FT-IR、SEM对其结构进行表征,并研究了其对Cu2+的吸附特性。结果表明该聚合物吸附速率快,吸附容量大。当Cu2+初始浓度为20.0mg/L时,对Cu2+吸附率达到87.6%,吸附平衡时间3h。吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型。该聚合物凝胶作为重金属离子吸附剂在水处理工业中具有广阔的应用前景。The particles was prepared via microemulsion polymerization using acrylonitrile (AN) and acrylic acid (AA), and further chemically modified by NH2OH. HC1 to obtain a novel polymer contai- ning - COOH and -NH2. The polymer was characterized by SEM and FF-IR. Its adsorption behaviors for Cu^2+ were studied. The results show that the resins have high adsorption speed and adsorption ca- pacities. The adsorption rate of Cu^2+ onto the polymer could achieve more than 87.6% and the equilib- rium time was 3h when the initial concentration of Cu^2+ was 20. 0 mg. L-1. Equilibrium isotherm data were satisfactorily fitted by the Freundlich equation. The polymer for adsorption of heavy metal ions will be the novel sorbents with great potential development in water treatment industry.
