摘 要:在生物化学实验教学中,对学生实验结果失败的原因进行了分析和总结。从中找到一些共性,发现学生们极少因为不理解实验原理和方法导致实验失败。多数情况下,实验的失败是由于学生们对常用玻璃仪器的错误操作。实验室常用的玻璃仪器包括移液管、容量瓶、量筒、烧杯等。结合具体的实验项目,详细列举了学生们经常出现的对玻璃仪器的错误操作,以期为刚接触实验教学的教师提供参考,从而更好地提高实验教学效果。In biochemistry experiment teaching, the causes of experimental failure were analyzed and summarized. We have found some common problems, that is, experimental failures are rarely caused by that the students do not understand the principles and methods of the experiment. In most cases, ex- periments failed due to error operations of frequently-used glass apparatus, which include pipettes, volumetric flask, measuring cylinders, beakers, etc. Combined with concrete experiments, the com- mon error operations are listed amply in order to provide a reference for the new experiment teachers and improve the experimental teaching.
