辽宁猪圆环病毒病流行状况调查与分析

摘　　要：用PCR技术,对2008-2012年来自于兽医门诊病例的3 336份样品,以及2010-2013年采集屠宰场的930份组织样品进行了PCV-2核酸检测。结果表明,PCV-2感染在辽宁临床发病猪群中普遍存在,感染率呈逐年上升趋势。测定了11株PCV-2毒株进行全基因序列,同源性分析表明,11株分离毒株之间的同源性为94.5%-99.4%,与国内参考毒株间的同源性为94.5%-99.7%,与国外参考毒株间的同源性为94.3%-99.3%;结果还显示,PCV2b仍然为我省猪群PCV-2的主要流行基因型。By the PCR technology,3336 clinical samples of diseased pigs from 2008 to 2012 were tested nucleic acid detec-tion of PCV-2,Meanwhile, tissue samples from the slaughter house also detected from 2010 to 2013,The results showed PCV-2 in-fection was prevalent in sick swine herds in Liaoning Province,while the infection rate of PCV-2 in clinical healthy pigs was in-creasing year by year. PCR method and molecular cloning technique were used to determine the complete genome sequence of 11 strains of PCV-2. Sequence homologous analysis among the 11 strains of PCV-2 showed that the homology of 11 PCV-2 strainswere 94.5% -99.4%;The homology between 11 strains of PCV-2 in Liaoning Province and strains of domestic were 94.5% -99.7%;The homology between 41 strains of PCV-2 in Liaoning Provence and abroad strains were 94.3%-99.3%.Results indicat-ed that PCV2 b was still the main epidemic Genotype in pigs of Liaoning Province.
