摘　　要：目的:研究新形势下医院党支部建设存在的问题及其支部委员发挥作用的热点、难点问题,提出加强医院支部建设和支部委员会队伍建设的基本思路。方法:通过对京内8家三甲大医院在职党支部委员进行问卷调查和个别访谈。结果:存在着党支部工作发展不平衡、医院党支部和支部书记工作的定位不够明确、医院支部活动内容和形式创新性和针对性不强等问题。结论:可以通过明确医院党支部的功能定位,创新党支部工作方法和活动形式,选好配强支部书记,加强党务干部队伍的建设等方法进行完善。Objectives： To learn the problems on hospital party construction and playing its roles and to find methods on strengthening hospital party branch construction. Methods： Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview in 8 selected top tertiary hospital in Beijing were carried out. Results： There are existing problems in party branch construction which can described as imbalanced development, ambiguous functional definition, lack of innovation. Conclusions： With the countermeasures of defining hospital party branch function, strengthening innovation, selecting qualified party branch secretary and highlighting on team building, the hospital party branch construction can be strengthened.
