子宫肉瘤组织中SULT1E1、ERα、ERβ、PRA及PRB的表达

摘　　要：目的:检测硫酸基转移酶(SULT1E1)及雌激素受体(ERα和ERβ)、孕激素受体(PRA和PRB)在子宫肉瘤组织中的表达,并分析其与子宫肉瘤发生、发展的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜间质肉瘤(31例)、子宫平滑肌肉瘤(15例)、良性子宫平滑肌瘤(10例)及相应肌瘤组织包膜外正常肌层(10例)的SULT1E1及ERα和ERβ、PRA和PRB表达。结果:1子宫内膜间质肉瘤、子宫平滑肌肉瘤的SULT1E1蛋白表达阳性率低于正常子宫肌层,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.016 7);2子宫内膜间质肉瘤和子宫平滑肌肉瘤的ERα蛋白表达阳性率低于子宫平滑肌瘤,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.016 7);3子宫平滑肌肉瘤的PRA蛋白表达阳性率低于子宫平滑肌瘤,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.016 7);4子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中,SULT1E1与ERα、PRA、PRB蛋白之间均呈负相关(rs分别为-0.463,-0.389和-0.421,P分别为0.009,0.031和0.018),SULT1E1与ERβ蛋白之间无线性相关性(rs=0.018,P=0.925);5在子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中,ERα与PRA、PRB呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论:子宫肉瘤的发生、发展与子宫肉瘤组织SULT1E1蛋白表达降低或缺失有关;在子宫内膜间质肉瘤组织中SULT1E1的表达与ERα、PRA、PRB表达均呈负相关,提示它们的表达可能与子宫内膜间质肉瘤的发生、发展有关。Objective：To analyze the expression of SULT1E1,ERα,ERβ,PRA and PRB protein in uterine sarcoma in order to find their clinical significance. Methods：The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of SULT1E1,ERα,ERβ,PRA and PRB in 31 cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma,15 cases of leiomyosarcoma tissues,10 cases of uterine leiomyoma tissues and 10 cases of normal myometrium tissues far away the wrapping membrane of myoma. Results：1The positive rate of SULT1E1 protein in endometrial stromal sarcoma and leiomyosarcoma tissues is significantly lower than that in normal myometrium tissues（P 〈0.016 7）. 2 The positive rate of ERα protein in endometrial stromal sarcoma and leiomyosarcoma tissues is significantly lower than that in uterine leiomyoma（P〈0.016 7）. 3The positive rate of PRA protein in leiomyosarcoma is significantly lower than that in uterine leiomyoma（P〈0.016 7）. 4In endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues,SULT1E1 had negative correlation with ERα,PRA and PRB（rs=-0.463,P =0.009;rs=-0.389,P =0.031;rs=-0.421,P =0.018,respectively）,and had no correlation with ERβ（rs=0.018,P=0.925）. 5In endometrial stromal sarcoma tissues, ERα had positive correlation with PRA and PRB（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：The diminution or deletion of SULT1E1 protein expression relates to the development uterine sarcoma;SULT1E1 has significantly negative correlation with ERα, PRA and PRB in endometrial stromal sarcoma,which may influence the development of endometrial stromal sarcoma.
