产学研合作教育模式下大学生创新创业能力的培养——基于吉林大学生命科学学院的实践

摘　　要：吉林大学生命科学学院与吉林省金塔实业(集团)股份有限公司开展产学研合作,通过建立实习实训创新创业基地、设立奖学金、开展科研合作、打造"产研工作团队"、建立"双导师制",加强企业文化教育、参加各类创新创业大赛、打造产学研"无缝"连接、定向培养学生等多方面合作,共同打造产学研合作创新创业实用型人才培养模式,建立和健全产学研合作体系。通过学生到企业实习实训、参与企业的科技创新、开展科研攻关以及解决技术难题的过程,激发学生的学习潜能和创新兴趣,提高培养质量。College of Life Science of Jilin University cooperated with Jilin Provincial Jinta Industrial（group） co., LTD., through establishing innovative practice base, setting up scholarships, undertaking scientific research cooperation, building ＂production-research work team＂ and ＂double tutorial system＂, strengthening the enterprise culture education, participate in all kinds of innovative and entrepreneurship competition, creating ＂seamless connection＂among production, study and research, cultivating directional personnel, to jointly cultivate the innovative and practical personnel training mode, and establish and optimize the＂industry-university-institute＂cooperation system. By being internship in enterprises, participating enterprises＇ science and technology innovation, carrying out scientific research and solving technical problems, students＇ learning potential and innovation interest were stimulated, and the quality of training was improved.
