连锁董事网络对公司治理质量的影响研究——基于中小板上市公司的实证检验

摘　　要：以中小板上市公司为样本研究了连锁董事网络与公司治理质量的关系,首先采用因子分析法对公司治理质量进行综合评价,然后实证检验了连锁董事网络与公司治理质量的相关性,结果发现两者正相关,企业在连锁董事网络中的结构洞指数越高,公司的治理质量越好。The relationship between interlocking directorships network and the quality of corporate governance was studied with data of SMEs.The quality of corporate governance was evaluated by using the factor analysis method.The relevance of interlocking directorships network and the quality of corporate governance was studied by empirical test. The empirical results show that the interlocking directorships correlate positively with the quality of corporate governance.The higher the structure hole index of the enterprise in the interlocking directorships network,the better the quality of corporate governance.
