摘 要:以山东省济南市体育运动学校的39名青少年篮球运动员为实验对象(实验前皆未接触过抗阻训练),随机分成监督组、视频组和对照组,进行为期6周、每周2次、每次60分钟的抗阻训练。其中,监督组在教练员监督指导下进行抗阻训练,视频组基于在线视频进行无监督的抗阻训练,对照组不进行抗阻训练,视频组、监督组抗阻训练计划内容相同。实验前后通过篮球专项体能测试、运动能力测试等两大类共10项指标的测试来检验传统有监督的抗阻训练与基于在线视频的抗阻训练对青少年篮球运动员体能训练改善效果,为基层抗阻训练提供有效的途径。结果显示,在青少年篮球初级训练阶段,基于在线视频的抗阻训练对于提高青少年运动员体能水平有良好的效果,是开展抗阻训练的可行选择。39 junior basketball athletes from Shandong Jinan Sports School,who have never had resistance training before,were randomly divided into supervised,video,and control groups,and had6 weeks resistance training,2 times a week,each 60 minutes. Among them,the supervised group was trained under the guidance of the coach,the video group was trained with the online video,and the control group did not carry on the resistance training; the supervised group and video group have the same resistance training program. Before and after the experiment,10 indicators of the basketball- specific physical testing and strength test were used to test the effects of traditional supervised training and online video- based training on improving the physical capacity of junior basketball athletes,which will provide an effective way for basic level resistance training. Results show that video- based training appears to be a viable option to improve the physical performance and strength of junior basketball athletes. Qualified supervision is recommended to improve functional movement patterns in junior athletes.
