摘  要:利用蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)根尖细胞微核技术对倒天河水库水质进行研究,结果表明:倒天河水库的水质总体属于轻度污染,但有明显的空间差异。蚕豆微核率与处理时间无关,与采样点有显著差异性,且采样点与处理时间之间不存在交互效应。对照组(蒸馏水)的微核率与天河公园、殷官屯、跳登河和天生桥水样的微核率差异显著,而与照壁山、西庄和台子村间无显著差异。The water quality of the Dao Tian river reservoir was studied by micronucleus test technique of Vicia faba root tips. The results show that the overall water quality of Dao Tian river reservoir is slight polluted. But there are obvious spatial differences for the different water sampling point in the reservoir. Micronucleus rate has nothing to do with the processing time, but had significant difference with the water sampling points. Moreover, water sampling points and processing time have no interaction effect. In addition, the micronucleus rate of the control group (distilled water) and Tian He park, Yin Guan Tun, Tiao Deng river are as well as Tian Sheng Qiao that have signifi- cant difference. While Zhao Bi mountain, Xi village as well as Tai Zi viUage has not significant difference.
