摘 要:某型采用辅助绕组供电方案的动车组在运行过程中多次出现辅助变流器中间电压过压故障,导致牵引系统停止工作,造成动车组停车且无法再次起动。为了分析故障原因,本论文首先介绍了动车组辅助供电系统的结构和充电逻辑,建立了辅助供电电源充电时的等效简化电路。并建立动车组辅助系统仿真模型,同时对某线路上运营的动车组和变电所开展跟踪测试,以仿真和跟踪测试的结果为基础,分析动车组辅助变流器故障原因,给出相应解决方案。The overvoltage faults of auxiliary converter intermediate DC-link appeared frequently on a certain type EMU with the auxiliary winding.It made the traction system stop working and could not start again.In order to analyze the cause of failure,in this paper,we introduce the circuit structure and charging control scheme of EMU auxiliary power supply system.An equivalent simplified circuit of the auxiliary power supply charging process was proposed.Based on the above analysis,the EMU auxiliary power system simulation model is built.On the other hand,the test is carried out to reproduce the faults and collect the data.At last,the reason of the faults was analyzed and a reliable strategy to solve the problem was proposed.
