摘  要:双履带行走装置做为支撑整机重量的重要部件,其可靠性影响到整机的作业效率和稳定性。本文采用多体动力学软件Recurdyn,有限元分析软件ANSYS和Hypermesh,建立了自移式破碎站履带架柔性化的刚柔耦合模型,通过对七种典型工况进行仿真分析,得到关键点的应变和应力的实时变化曲线,对其结构设计和强度校核具有理论指导意义。Double crawler travel devices an important component to support the whole weight, whose reliability affects the operational efficiency of and stability of the machine. In this paper, by using multi-body dynamics software Recurdynand finite element analysis softwares ANSYS and Hypermesh, the rigid-flexible coupled model of the double crawler travel device that its crawler frame is flexible established. Through the simulation analysis of seven typical working conditions, the stress and strain real-time curves of the key nodes of the crawler frame are obtained, providing theoretical guidance for its structural design and strength check.
