“阳光服务”护理路径改善乳腺癌患者术后负性情绪及自我效能的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨"阳光服务"对乳腺癌术后患者创伤后成长(PTG)的影响。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年12月144例乳腺癌患者,按入院日期分为观察组和对照组各72例,在相同对症治疗并进行相同化疗方案的情况下,对照组给予常规口头形式护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予"阳光服务"。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,观察组患者PTG评分、Jalowies应对方式及自我效能评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "阳光服务"能使乳腺癌患者积极应对疾病,学会调节负性情绪,从而提高自我效能,促进创伤后成长,有推广和应用价值。Objective To investigate the influence of ＂Sunlight service＂ on the post-traumatic growth in breast cancer patients after the operation. Methods A total of 144 patients with breast cancer from January 2012 to December 2013 were chosen and divided into control group（n = 72）and observation group（n = 72）according to the admission date. Nurses established ＂Sunlight service＂ for the nursing intervention to the observation group, while they gave oral intervention to the control group. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of post-traumatic growth, Jalowies coping scale and selfefficacy were better in the observation group than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Sunlight service＂ can make the breast cancer patients to raise positive response to the disease and learn to regulate negative emotions so as to improve their self-efficacy and promote their post-traumatic growth. It has a promotion and application value in breast cancer nursing work.
