摘　　要：目的评估慢性病患儿的心理社会行为问题和家庭功能,分析患儿行为问题的影响因素。方法运用儿童行为量表和Feetham家庭功能量表对慢性病患儿家长289人进行调查,并与正常儿童进行比较。结果 6～11岁和12～16岁慢性病患儿的心理行为问题与正常儿童比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。慢性病患儿家庭功能与正常家庭比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。家庭功能、家庭结构和家庭经济状况影响患儿行为问题。结论慢性病患儿心理行为问题发生率高,其家庭功能也收到影响,家庭功能又发过来影响慢性病患儿的诊疗,需要对慢性病患家庭进行有针对性的、以家庭为导向的干预促进慢性病患儿的健康恢复。Objective To describe the social behavioral problems and family function of the children with chronic diseases,and explore the risk factors of the problems. Methods Totally 289 caregivers whose children had chronic diseases participated in the study. Caregivers were asked to complete the Child Behavior Checklist（ CBCL） and Feetham Family Functioning Survey（ FFFS）,when their children were hospitalized. Data were analyzed by t-tests and multiple linear regressions. Results Six to eleven and 12 -16 year old children with chronic diseases appeared to have more emotional and behavioral problems than normal kids（ P〈0. 05 for all）. The family function of children with chronic diseases were less satisfactory than that of normal kids（ P〈0. 05 for all）. Family function,family structure and economic status influenced the children ＇ s behavioral problems. Conclusion The prevalence of behavioral problems was high,the family function was affected and would further influence the children with chronic diseases. It is necessary to assess family-related factors,and develop family-oriented interventions,so as to improve children＇ s psychosocial function and the normalcy of their families.
