摘　　要：随着经济技术的快速发展,科技创新和技术的革新成了发展的主要途径,高新产业行业自然最受欢迎。而在我国,近年来蓬勃发展的行业中最突出的要数软件行业,其中主要包括软件的开发,计算机为主要操作的行业的发展。这些产业近年来逐渐向发展中国家转移,譬如中国、印度等发展中国家,主要得益于其廉价的劳力和广阔的销售市场。这促使了软件行业在中国的等发展中国家日益发展迅速,但是在发展过程中,也面临着一些困难和问题。文章将就软件工程的人才培养模式创新作简要的探索。With the rapid development of economy and technology, technological innovation and technological innovation has be-come the main way to development,the high-tech industry is naturally the most popular. In China, the booming of the industry＇smost prominent is the software industry, which include software development, computer operations for the development of major in-dustries. The industry in recent years gradually transferred to developing countries, such as China, India and other developing coun-tries, mainly due to its cheap labor and vast market. This has prompted the software industry in China and other developing coun-tries growing rapidly, but in the development process, is also facing a number of difficulties and problems. Training model of soft-ware engineering innovations article will briefly explored.
