摘 要:[目的]对护士的工作生活质量(QWL)状况进行调查,探讨其相关影响因素。[方法]采用问卷调查法对广东省湛江市6所公立医院1 250名护士进行调查。[结果]调查护士工作生活质量得分为(3.09±0.60)分,不同年龄、婚姻状况、学历、工作年限、每天工作时间、每周工作时间、每月夜班频次护士的工作生活质量得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社会支持总分及其各因子分与工作生活质量呈中等程度相关;回归分析显示,每天工作时间、文化程度、每月夜班频次对工作生活质量有负向预测作用;社会支持的两个因子对工作生活质量有正向预测作用,累计方差变异解释率为27.9%。[结论]护士工作生活质量水平不高,合理安排护士的工作时间和班次,对不同学历的护士做好岗位层级管理,增加工作中的支持有助于提高护士的工作生活质量。Objective:To investigate the status of quality of work life(QWL)of nurses and probe into its related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 1 250 nurses in 6public hospitals in Zhanjiang city Guangdong province received the questionnaire survey.Results:The QWL score of nurses was(3.09±0.60).There was statistically significant difference in QWL score among nurses with difference ages,marital status,education levels,work experience,daily work hours,weekly working hours and monthly frequency of night shift(P〈0.05).The total score of social support was moderately correlated with the QWL and its all factors scores.Regression analysis showed that the daily working hours,education level and monthly night shift frequency had negative forecast effect on the QWL.The two factors of social support had a positive forecast effect on the QWL,and the cumulative variance explained rate was 27.9%.Conclusion:The quality of work life of nurses is not high.It is helpful for improving the QWL of nurses to reasonably arrange working hours and shift of nurses,to do well positions level management for different educational nurses and increase the work support.
