住院2型糖尿病病人希望水平与生活质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解住院2型糖尿病病人希望水平和生活质量状况,并分析两者间的关系。[方法]应用Herth希望量表和糖尿病病人生活质量特异性量表对340例住院2型糖尿病病人进行调查。[结果]住院2型糖尿病病人希望水平呈中高等水平,生活质量呈中等水平,希望水平与病人心理/精神功能、治疗方面及整体生活质量得分呈负相关(r值分别为-0.281,-0.231,-0.246,P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]2型糖尿病病人的希望水平较高,生活质量处于中等水平,希望水平与病人的生活质量密切相关,护理人员应注重糖尿病病人的希望水平对其生活质量的影响。Objective：To study the hope level and quality of life of type 2 diabetic inpatients,and analyze the rela-tionship between them.Methods：A total of 340 cases of type 2 diabetic inpatients were investigated with the Herth Hope Index and Diabetes Special Quality of Life Scale.Results：The hope level of type 2 diabetic inpatients was at medium to high level,and the quality of life of them was at medium level.Hope level was negatively related to the scores of patients’psychological/mental function,treatment and overall quality of life （r 1 =-0.281,r 2 =-0.231, r 3 =-0.246,P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）.Conclusion：The hope level of type 2 diabetic patients is higher,and the quality of life of them is at a medium level.The hope level is closely related to the quality of life of patients. Nursing personnel should pay attention to the influence of hope level on the quality of life of diabetic patients.
