熊去氧胆酸联合凝结芽孢杆菌预防小鼠高脂血症作用的研究

摘　　要：研究熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)与凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans)联合预防小鼠高脂血症的功效。在饲喂KM小鼠高脂饲料的同时灌胃UDCA和B.coagulans Ganeden BC20活菌,结果显示:凝结芽孢杆菌联合熊去氧胆酸显著延缓小鼠体重和肝脏指数的增长,降低小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的水平,同时提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。通过UDCA和凝结芽孢杆菌菌液的联合作用,还使高脂血症小鼠的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)细胞因子水平下降,白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)细胞因子水平升高。实验结果可证明熊去氧胆酸联合凝结芽孢杆菌优良的小鼠高脂血症预防作用。The preventative effect of combined treatment with ursodeoxycholic acid （UDCA） and Bacillus coagulans （BC） on hyperlipidemia mice was studied. KM mice were fed with high-fat diet and meanwhile forced intaking UDCA and B. coagulans Ganeden BC20 through gavage. The results showed that as compared to hyperlipidemia mice, combined treatment of UDCA and BC significantly deferred the increase of mice body mass and liver index, decreased the level of serum total cholesterol （TC）, low- density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, triglyceride （TG）, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase （ALT）, glutamic- oxalacetic transaminase （AST） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, and meanwhile increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） level. Furthermore, UDCA and BC combined treatment lowered the level of tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-12 （IL-12） and increased the level of interleukin-5 and 4 （IL-5, IL-4）. As a conclusion, the combined treatment of UDCA and BC showed a significant preventative effect on mice hyperlipidemia.
