摘　　要：针对农职院校毕业设计质量监控与评价体系中存在管理和评价体系不完善、质量监控信息不全面等问题。遵循职业教育教学规律,以建立"符合高职专业建设和学情的毕业设计管理体系"为目标,以"提高学生思想认识,培养学生综合素质"为原则,运用建构主义理论为指导,构建毕业设计(论文)环节教学与管理新模式,并进行毕业设计(论文)环节创新研究和实践。With the management and evaluation system imperfect and the quality monitoring information incomprehensive in agricultural vocational colleges＇ graduation design quality monitoring and evaluation system, following the rules of vocational education, aiming at establishing a graduation project management system fitting the development and learning situation of vocational colleges, according to the principles of improving students＇ thinking and overall quality, this paper build up a new teaching and management model in the link of graduation design based on the constructivism theory, and made the innovative research and practice of graduation design.
