摘　　要：地下水是水资源的重要组成部分,我国幅员辽阔,不同地区的地下水有其各自的特点,随着人类工业化进程的不断加速,地下水污染问题日益严重。通过对地下水中的微生物及其作用分析,探讨微生物在地下水净化中的作用及应用前景。Groundwater is one of the important water resources in our country. As a vast territory in China, the groundwater in different areas have their own characteristics. The article expounds the specificity of groundwater in China and the status quo of groundwater pollution. Microbes play an important role in groundwater ecosystem. Microbial. diversity in groundwater system not only transformed groundwater chemical composition, but also had influence in water- rock interaction. The article separately cited different studies about Microbes - Water - Rock reaction, microbial transformation and their application in contarninative groundwater.
