摘 要:目的掌握四川省饮茶型氟中毒流行趋势。方法按照《四川省饮茶型氟中毒监测方案》的内容与要求,选择康定、道孚、雅江、红原、稻城、若尔盖6个县为监测县,每个县按方位选择了5乡,每乡随机选择了1个村,监测当地饮水氟含量、砖茶品种及含氟量、砖茶年人均消耗量及日人均茶氟摄入量;成人氟骨症、尿氟和儿童氟斑牙情况等。结果当地水氟范围0.09-0.90 mg/L,无高水氟地区;砖茶品种主要有康砖茶(37.58%)、茯砖茶(33.94%)、马茶(7.28%)、金尖(6.10%)等。砖茶含氟量均值670.48 mg/kg,低氟砖茶占5.10%。年人均砖茶消耗量均值2.14 kg,日人均茶氟摄入量均值3.93 mg/(人·d)。成人氟骨症检出率47.00%,尿氟几何均值1.30 mg/L。儿童氟斑牙检出率16.73%。结论四川省藏区居民饮用的砖茶含氟较高,低氟砖茶食用率低,成人氟骨症病情较重。Objective To grasp the trends of drinking- tea- type endemic fluorosis in Sichuan province.Methods In accordance with the content and requirements of " Sichuan Provincial Monitoring Program of Drinking- Tea- type Endemic Fluorosis". Kangding,Daofu,Ya Jiang Hongyuan,Daocheng and Ruoergai six counties were selected as the monitoring county,and five townships were selected from each county according to the orientation in each county,and a village was randomly in each township. Fluoride in local drinking water,variety and fluorine of brick tea,brick tea consumption per year and fluoride intake per day were monitored,and so it was adult skeletal fluorosis,urine fluoride and dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12. Results The water fluoride range were 0. 09- 0. 90 mg / L,there was no high water fluoride area. Content in varieties of brick tea were Kangzhuan tea( 37. 58%), Fuzhuan tea( 33. 94%), Ma tea( 7. 28%), Jinjian tea( 6. 10%) etc. The mean of fluorine content of brick tea was 670. 48 mg / kg, low- fluoride brick tea accounted for 5. 10%. Annual per capita consumption of brick tea was 2. 14 kg; day per capita tea fluoride intake was 3. 93 mg / p·d. Adult skeletal fluorosis detection rate was 47. 00%,geometric mean urinary fluoride was 1. 30 mg / L. The detection rate of dental fluorosis of children was 16. 73%. Conclusion The content of fluoride in brick tea from Tibetan family in Sichuan is high,the consumption of low content fluoride brick tea is low and the adult skeletal fluorosis is in a severe condition.
