摘　　要：目的探究正常产后产妇实施Orem自护模式对其心理、睡眠状况及角色转变的影响,并为该类产妇的优质护理提供循证支撑。方法选取2012年3月-2014年12月该院产科收治的正常产产妇92例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组开展常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施Orem自护模式。记录两组产妇干预后1个月末的躯体症状评分、睡眠质量障碍评分及母亲角色转换优良率。结果研究组干预后的症状自评量表评分和睡眠质量障碍评分均低于对照组,产妇角色转换优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论 Orem自护模式能有效改善顺产产妇的负性情绪,且能提升其睡眠质量,并促进其母亲角色的转换,取得较为满意的临床效果。Objective To explore the effect of Orem self- care mode on psychological status,sleep status,and role change of normal postpartum women,provide evidence- based support for nursing of good quality for these postpartum women. Methods Ninety- two normal postpartum women treated in Department of Obstetrics in the hospital from March 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,46 women in each group. The women in control group received routine nursing,while the women in study group received Orem self- care based on routine nursing. The scores of physical symptoms,sleep quality scores,and good rates of maternal role change at the end of one month after intervention in the two groups were recorded. Results The scores of Symptom Checklist and sleep quality score after intervention in study group were lower than those in control group,the good rate of maternal role change in study group was higher than that in control group,there were statistically significant differences（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Orem self- care mode can effectively improve negative emotion of postpartum women after vaginal delivery,promote sleep quality and maternal role change,so satisfactory clinical effect is obtained.
