摘 要:为了掌握"U+L"型通风综采工作面采空区的漏风规律,以某矿综采工作面为试验地点,先采用Fluent软件对综采工作面采空区的漏风流场进行了数值模拟,后结合数值模拟结果制定了综采工作面示踪气体SF6的测漏风技术方案,并现场实测了"U+L"型综采工作面采空区的漏风风流分布特征。数值模拟结果与现场实测结果十分吻合。结果表明:1)"U+L"型综采工作面全程向采空区漏风,漏风汇至滞后联络巷后经专用排瓦斯巷排出;2)"U+L"型综采工作面漏风量随联络巷距离工作面距离增大而逐渐降低;3)"U+L"型综采工作面漏风量沿工作面倾向方向(从进风至回风)呈逐渐减少趋势。The paper intends to introduce a numerical simulation research on the air-leakage features for the "U + L"type ventila-tion in the goaf of the fully mechanized working face. Our simulation research comes from the need that it is for the air leakage from the working face to reduce the effective air volume at the places where the winding air is needed. As is known,air supply shortage is a serious problem influencing the regular coal production,for it is likely to lead to the acceleration of the coal oxidation in the goaf or increase the gas emission in the goaf,especially for the fully mechanized coal mining where it is necessary to protect the coal seam and get rid of the spontaneous combustion of coal,unusual gas emission,the gas gauge overrun or accumulation and even the gas explosion. What is more,since the air leakage forms and volumes are varied due to the difference in the ventilation systems of the working face,this paper would like to focus its attention on the study of a"U + L"type fully mechanized working face in a colliery and take the air leakage rules of"U + L"-type ventilation in the goaf as the field test site in the paper. Thus,with the help of the Fluent Software,we have made an analysis of the flow field distribution of the goaf air leakage of "U + L " fully mechanized work-face by way of doing a numerical simulation.The results of our numerical simulation can actually be used as a guide for our on-site test of the goaf air leakage flow field distribution,whose data have been gained through on-site measurement by using the air leakage test technique of the tracer gas SF6. The numerical simulation research results gained from our simulation for the air leakage flow field distribution prove to be well in accord with the on-site measured data.
